RETURN POLICY

At Au Lit Fine Linens, we stand by our products and want our customers to enjoy their linens as much as we do. To avoid having to return merchandise, you may request a fabric swatch before making your purchase.

We accept returns on stock items only, within 30 days of purchase. After inspecting to ensure all items meet our acceptable standard for return, payment will be refunded, excluding shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that are not in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been washed or used.

The cost of shipping any items returned to Au Lit Fine Linens will be paid by the customer.

We do not offer refunds on any custom orders, which include custom measurements, custom stitch colours and non-regular stock items.
