2. Reserve your bed for sleeping. Many of us have had to setup a home office wherever we can, including our bedrooms. But it's really important to keep your work out of your bed. Keeping your bed as only a sacred place for sleep will help your mind associate it with rest.
3. Increase exposure to light and stay active. Even if it's a dark day, sitting outside your front door, poking your head out the window or going for a walk (if you can) has amazing benefits for sleep. The exposure to light and daily activity will help your body understand when it's time for rest.
