We're hiring for our new store! We're looking to build a brand new team of outstanding salespeople for our new 10,000 square foot store at Tycos & Caledonia. We are a 40+ year old family business and we thrive on collaboration, creativity and passion for what we do.
Our ideal candidates are warm, personable and kind, enjoy a busy, fast-paced store, and have a passion for home decor and selling luxury products. You know and appreciate quality and you understand the importance of relationship building.
Our sales associate can:
- Be upbeat, warm and personable in the store and in every phone conversation
- Maintain outstanding sales
- Be comfortable on home visits to work with clients and style their beds
- Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Track all customer orders & keep organized, thorough records for meticulous follow up
- Replenish stock & maintain inventory on floor
- Be eager to learn everything there is to know about linens and our brand
- Work with top designers
- Handle daily cashing out & closing
- Keep the the store neat, organized and well merchandised
- Be competent on the POS with special orders, refunds, exchanges, etc
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales in a retail environment (minimum 2 years) *Luxury sales an asset
- Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
